Use this page to request deletion of an account on a platform operated by New Era Studios LLC, including Hope Landscaping Portal.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@newerastudiosllc.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Include the platform name and the email address tied to the account.
  4. We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account.

What happens next

After verification, New Era Studios LLC will delete or de-identify account information that is no longer needed to operate the service, meet security needs, complete required records, or comply with legal obligations.
